Kosher certification primarily focuses on raw materials and production processes. To allow the auditor to fully understand the entire production workflow and operational procedures, the factory must maintain normal operations during the inspection day.
Having an interpreter who understands the production process can prevent misunderstandings caused by inaccurate translation, thereby avoiding unnecessary delays in certification issuance.
The inspection will start from the first process of the production line and proceed through to the final finished product. During the tour, the auditor may ask questions about the production process, and a professional staff member should be available to provide answers.
