Our company has officially signed a Halal certification mutual recognition agreement (MRA) with the Indonesian Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH)

We are very honored to announce that our company has officially signed a Halal product certification mutual recognition agreement (MRA) with the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) of the Republic of Indonesia.
The signing of this mutual recognition agreement signifies that Halal certification certificates issued by our company are officially recognized by the Indonesian government. As the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has a huge market potential for Halal products. This cooperation marks an important milestone in our international development and will further enhance our ability to provide efficient and reliable Halal certification services to global clients, while offering strong support for Chinese and international companies to explore the Halal market in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
According to the agreement, Halal certifications issued by our company will be directly recognized by BPJPH. This mutual recognition mechanism directly responds to the mandatory requirements of Indonesia’s 2014 Halal Product Assurance Law — from October 2026 onwards, all Halal products entering the Indonesian market must be certified by institutions recognized by BPJPH. Through the MRA, businesses can avoid redundant verification processes, shorten certification cycles by over 50%, effectively mitigate compliance risks, and seize market opportunities.

“This cooperation is not only about mutual recognition of certifications but also a deep integration of the Halal ecosystem.” “We will leverage BPJPH’s localized network to provide Chinese enterprises with full-chain support, from raw material traceability and production compliance to market access.” Notably, Indonesian Vice President Ma’ruf Amin emphasized at the signing ceremony: “The implementation of the MRA will promote the Halal industry’s upgrade from ‘compliant trade’ to ‘value co-creation.’”
In the future, we will continue to deepen technical collaboration with BPJPH through regular training, joint audits, and other mechanisms to help more Chinese brands succeed in the global 1.9 billion Muslim market.
